PaySegue is an online invoice payment platform designed for independent service providers. We facilitate invoice creation and payment links, but we do not hold customer funds. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and funds flow directly to the merchant's connected payment account.

A. Information You Provide (Merchants)
If you create a PaySegue account, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Business name
- Account credentials
- Invoice details you create (amounts, descriptions, due dates)
- Communications you send to us, such as support requests
B. Information About Invoice Recipients (Customers)
If you receive an invoice through PaySegue, we may process:
- Your email address
- Invoice and payment status information
Customers paying invoices do not need to create a PaySegue account.
C. Payment Information
PaySegue does not collect or store credit card numbers or bank account details.
Payments are currently processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor, which independently collects and processes payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy. Stripe's Privacy Policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
We may integrate additional payment processors in the future. Any such providers will process payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and operate the PaySegue service
- Create and manage invoices
- Generate secure payment links
- Send transactional emails, such as invoice delivery and payment confirmations
- Track invoice lifecycle states (sent, viewed, paid, failed, refunded)
- Respond to support inquiries
- Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information.

PaySegue relies on trusted third-party service providers to operate the platform, including:
